Valentine Palmer from the Academy of Communication

Valentine has spent some 35 years in the world of media and entertainment. His early career embraced leading roles in London’s West End, including Bill Sykes in “Oliver”, as well as many appearances in classic British TV shows like “Dr Who”, “Emmerdale” and “Minder”. For many years a well-known voice artist, Valentine later became a producer of radio and TV commercials, as well as making many corporate and training videos for clients like BP Oil, The Department of Trade and Industry and IBM.
His unique approach to the design and delivery of successful pitches and presentations has been much in demand by companies like Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Cisco Systems, Deutsche Bank. Abbott Laboratories, Deloitte and Hanson plc. In these trainings he utilises acting techniques developed from his many years in TV, Film and Theatre. He has appeared as a coach on BBC TV and Channel 5.

Valentine taught us how the professionals use their voice tone to control a conversation, with secrets from the film stars.  A new insight in how to set your prospects on fire with desire to buy from you!

Graham has in-depth personal experience of coaching and developing inspirational leaders, high performing teams and exceptional individuals in both work and physical environments.
His sporting achievements encompass alpine mountaineering and as leader of a skydiving team.
During his career in the Police Service, he was among the first to embrace a coaching style of leadership and devolved decision-making.
In the last 20 years, Graham has been involved in change management and developing organisational strategies at all levels. As a consultant to both private and public sector and other clients, he has designed and delivered development programmes based on changing attitude and behaviours so that people actually deliver what is expected.  Delegates found Graham's presentation highly professional and inspiring, with unique suggestions as to what action we can take.

Graham is also the author of the book Personal Power – the power that drives performance.

The morning is focused on getting you sales lead and introductions though our network to get you business.  We also teach the latest leading edge techniques to exploit social media.  Often with a guest presenter and also 'hot topics' to keep you up to speed and latest developments that will affect you.  We have people that our experts in this area to give you the inside track and trade advantages in getting you ahead without spending money.

The afternoon session focuses firstly on advanced selling and marketing techniques and usually has a guest presenter on how to build wealth and invest our income. We focus on practicality and demand of our presenters our audience has REAL benefit The latter part of the afternoon is taken up with games which are great fun and have a serious commercial value helping us to learn whilst we really get to know each other. Being a group of ambitious business builders expect to have a lot of fun and excitement.

The evening session is Saturday night and we want to continue the party, everyone is fired up and excited about what they have gained during the day want to have more than a Cappucino. Party time!
